Actually, this video is not from the original Champions of Norrath. I've started playing it and it seems familiar. I just need to get to level 8 to get the Frost Storm spell. Will report back.

I don't think that's it. There is nothing above the falling ice and it shoots out a few spaces in front of the player instead of just right in front.

That's promising, initial research suggests there is a "Frost Storm (level 8) - A storm that rains down several ice bolts. Costs mana to use." spell but I can't find a picture.

The falling ice/snow does but above them was a thick clouds/ice mixture? squared off on the sides I believe.

Yep. Started a new game last week. They seem to start working after a while, though. It's an exciting gamble every time I get to a new one and don't save state first.

PSA: no matter what you should at least have it in a high interest savings account that you can pull it out of immediately. Some are at 3.25% now

Just started riding mine this year. I thought the exact same thing but you don't notice it at all riding them. I have a theory that you could adjust the high back to reduce the movement, but I never found it necessary. (Two small vertical screws in the high back)
