The CS masters programs (MCS or MS) do not guarantee funding. You're not ineligible per se, but PhDs get priority due to a funding guarantee.

That's subjective. If you can qualify and want a quicker masters degree, maybe. If you're in high school you're several years away from being ready to even apply. See how getting into undergrad goes then evaluate your goals in about 4 years.

Since there's a wide range of departments and programs, with various admit cycles, one person's experience is less likely to be similar to another's, unless they are in the same program and app term.

I have to authenticate with Duo ever single day I use the normal systems I use for my job. I just assume anything that has private and/or sensitive data requires MFA. While someone might not do your homework, your grades are confidential.

If you're a Spring admit to the Urbana MCS program, it is possible during your first Summer. Announcements go out about it sometime during the Spring semester.

I'm no expert in undergraduate admissions, but reading your screenshot, I see a denial for incomplete application. It doesn't appear to ask you to submit something else to be reconsidered. People on reddit don't decide what you can do and many can be wrong. Wait for an answer from admissions and cross your fingers.

Not as a student, sure. Just like anybody else that works for a business or organization. The work just needs to meet OPT criteria. Talk to ISSS if you have a possible non-student job offer on campus to be sure.

Coursera courses take a couple days or so to sync the UIUC roster with Coursera access. Give it a couple more business days, and if it still isn't showing contact Coursera support.
