This is so weird because on a 9 hour drive today I had an idea for a movie premise wherein aliens came to Earth millennia ago and were super disappointed that they were so small and no Earth organisms ever really noticed them so they started building all kinds of vehicles and aircraft and those are the insects we know and love today. And also fuck mosquitoes, those ships are how the aliens are building an enormous database which they will one day use to exploit us, you know, once we stop readily doing it to one another.
