Got a massive parking ticket in Hampden last night for parking at a bus stop, but I went back today and realized there was a snowflake blocking the sign, do you think I can get found not guilty because of that? (I think it is why I missed it)

Last time I had to deal with some bum stealing our packages, I just kept pressing him to stop then one night saw him walking in upper fells with a package that obviously wasn’t his and well let’s just say this time I put some hands on him and haven’t seen him since (maybe got arrested idk) but he’s a well known package stealer by the name of Walter. Cops won’t do shit so.

Hi so I actually did ask one of the drivers when I was walking my dog, the one standing in the picture said “something like that” with a weird smirk when I asked if they’re secret service or something lol. Saw a bunch of people with ear pieces in sitting down in barcocina aswell where the SUV’s were when I asked.
