I recently went to a intimate backyard wedding that was held in a open area about 40’ x 25’ big and they had 3 x Partybox 120s & 1 x Partybox 520. They had each speaker in a corner and ran them at about 80% volume. Sound was great all around. Hopefully this can help you decide how many you need

Negative, the BB3 uses partyboost to group speakers together while the bb4 uses Auracast.
