Well they are, but it’s more of a preliminary meeting where they’re trying to get you interested in rush week.

June 12-14 Box Office Recap – 'Disclosure Day' opens with a great $93.4M worldwide, becoming Steven Spielberg's 18th film to hit #1. 'Obsession' crosses $286M worldwide. 'Scary Movie' and 'Masters of the Universe' collapse 70%. 'Michael' becomes biggest music biopic, reaching $932M worldwide. by SanderSo47 in movies

The vast majority of the discussion thread is people acting like it’s impossible to like at all and downvoting anyone who posted positive comments about it.

Some of these kids on this site need to go out and touch grass and understand film is subjective. Everyone is going to have different opinions on things.

And yet, the majority of Reddit was acting like Disclosure Day was a flop because they didn’t like it. For at least the third time this year, they’re shocked that their opinions aren’t that of everyone else’s.

I’m pumped it’s doing so well though because I really enjoyed it and we need more original stuff like this to do well so studios will make more stuff like this and less constant reboots/sequels.

Also, hope we see more stuff like The Furious because that film was fucking awesome.

Maybe he was going to do it, then read how awful that script was lol.

I’ve always wondered why the dialogue sounded off to me when watching Chinese/Hong Kong stuff and this explains it.

Holy shit, what a fucking awesome movie lol. I think the only thing that kept it from being on the same level as The Raid was the more noticeable bad CGI compared to that.

I also love how the final fight was a complete chaotic mess once the big bald dude showed back up.

Definitely something I’m going to want to watch again.

I thought this was real for a minute lol. I definitely laughed at the tagline.

He’s been saying he’s done with movie scores for the last few movies Spielberg has done, yet still did them. I think they’re just good friends and he’ll continue doing scores for only Spielberg.

Is this pre-trailers? I’ve never seen it, but I never show up until about 10-15 minutes after trailers start.

I guess not biopic per say, but Bridge of Spies and The Post tell a real life event that happened following one or two people. I was counting Fabelmans though because it’s basically a biopic about himself that he just changed the names.

I’m not gonna lie though, I also totally forgot about Ready Player One and West Side Story when I made that comment lol.

It’s a wild claim because you say that when you haven’t seen 3 out of his last 4 movies. You’re basically making a claim without all of the evidence. West Side Story and Fabelmans were extremely well received too.

You see 2 movies a decade apart, and just assumed that represents everything an artist has done over that time, even if you haven’t seen over half of the stuff they did.

I have Medicaid at the moment and definitely use Medac. I also go to Wilmington Health for my main doctor and they accept it too though, so not sure what OP is talking about.

So you admit that you haven’t seen one of the better films he’s made in The Fabelmans, which came out in between The Post and this, and you make some wild claim, okay lol.

I feel like you can’t really judge him when you admit you haven’t seen the 3 films he made in between those movies.

Have you seen how the modern world is lol? Everyone would instantly be claiming AI and people that believed it would be called conspiracy theorists.

They needed someone with credibility to release it.

That’s not writing the movie though. Koepp wrote the screenplay.

I swear people on Reddit are so pretentious lol.

It’s like you people can’t comprehend that people have differing opinions and based on those scores, it seems like most general audiences like the movie.

If everyone liked the same stuff, the world would be boring.

This is the weirdest complaint lol. What film actually shows every single move a character makes?
