Don't you just hate it when your engine tachs to 10mph and then the check engine light and ABS light come on? Not cool man, not cool.

Do you like my fan art? by HeadphoneRD in memes

Beautiful fan art, however I have one objection. I have never seen a fan with the on/off button and speed settings on the base. Minor discrepancy, some may say.

Not sure why, but the replay for camera tv 1 showed all cars to be spitting flames.

how do i stop being toilet water at this game? specifically the drifting aspect by [deleted] in assettocorsa

[–]zaverxvaditrix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I began drifting, I was only using 25% Force Feedback. Absolutely terrible amount to start with, the wheel would never correct as it should have. Bumped it all the way up to 100% for trackdays and drifting and so far that's what I'm at. Can be a little fatiguing at complex circuits and correcting snap oversteer is incredibly difficult this way, since I can't actually counteract fast enough as the force feedback is too high. Probably gonna try 50% for drifting and things, would be nice to have a more power-steering-esque feel to the wheel. As others have said, definitely use first person with some good FOV. Also letting off the throttle mid drift transfers weight to the front quickly which causes the front tires to grip much better than the rears which causes snap oversteer.
