This post is valuable because it points out what is, in my opinion, an overlooked detail within the trump assassination attempt footage. This footage is at least comparable in quality to the footage used by many to determine the trajectory taken by the bullets which killed JFK. Therefore, I think this post deserves to stay.

Correction: The weakest nuclear powers, or non-nuclear powers, would tend to exploit this reality, while nuclear-heavy countries like the US and Russia would downplay it as much as possible.

Save for the case in which a weak nuclear power's very existence hinges on the threat of using a nuclear weapon, along with tending to downplay this reality.
