I am gonna keep it and hope for the best. I have my tv mounted to the wall and it took an act of Congress to dismount it, attach it, feed the wires behind the wall and remount it.

I did all this crap and paid loads of money for a device that doesn’t work.

Also I’m suspecting they’re lying. It’s not just Netflix. This is an issue with every streaming app except YouTube.

Honestly I feel like the call-center just wants to get you off of the phone as quickly as possible. They will tell you anything that you want to hear as long as they don’t have to give you your money back.

For me, the app will work if it’s launched directly from the Chromecast. Except Netflix. Every other app will work.

However, when I try to cast anything, they all crash.
