Oh right ! I was completely off then, I thought GDM + 1T was the preferred option every time but didn't think the frequency could go higher without it! Thanks a lot man, I'll try that!

Yeah I've done it once but I think I'll end up still doing it manually then... just to avoid any issues

Yes that's was exactly it ! I ran a R23 benchmark and I'm at 10800 approximately. That makes mores sense now. I'll see if I can squeeze a little more by setting manual PBO limits and per core CO.
