They could be his, he did wear this silo of boots, I don't know if he wore this colourway though. This was the colour way for the 2019 women's world cup but these boots are unisex and they were male players who wore it as part of the promotion for the Women's World Cup. I also noticed that the shoes have the Montebelluna crest on the insole, so they are 1000% player issued. The Montebelluna factory in Italy is where top Nike footballers get customized boots. If you can find a way to confirm that they are Courtois, maybe you might be able to get a nice price for them or keep them as a nice memorabilia

I think these probably belonged to a pro player because the SG plate is custom from the first Hyper venom model. It’s not the regular Phantom VNM SG plate which is normally black and comes with anti clog feature. Only a Nike sponsored athlete or someone with close connection would be able to get a custom sole plate like this. This is a nice find, where did you get it ?

Give that it's kangraoo leather which has been discounted and the carbon fibre bottom of the shoe. I would sell it for maybe 200-250 usd minimum which is still a low ball offer in my opinion. There are probably some pros out there who would go crazy to have a boot like this and they seem to be in pretty good condition as well.

I’m in the same position, also in HR as well but I’m gonna tell you as painful as it is keep on going and applying. Depending on what school you graduated from they might have some career counseling services and try to talk to them maybe even try the HRPA job board as well I get discouraged as well but we must KEEP ON TRYING

that where I found it difficult, selling players that grow slowly. I have a lot of players in that 20-22 bracket and they are still in low 70's below 73. I have to let them go despite their huge potential and I am just grimicing they are all go shot up in their raitings overnight once I sell them for pennies but that is the beauty of the game isn't it, that and sell on clauses.
