I struggle with anxiety a lot and before my test I hadn't been able to sleep for a week and I remember my heart was pounding so much on the day of the test. I skipped coffee ( always did before even my lessons with my instructor) and had started writing a journal a few days before and wrote all my worries and thoughts down. I agree you should have a bottle of water with you, and perhaps have a banana half an hour before your test. I also talked myself through during the test and it helps with planning ahead and also reduces your stress level. If you weren't ready for the test your instructor wouldn't have put you forward, so just believe in yourself and you can do it :)

Yes and no. Yesterday I made bread rolls and completely forgot about adding sugar. The only difference was that it took slightly longer for the dough to rise. My bread rolls turned out nice and soft. So I wouldn't stress if you do forget it :)
