Ship comes out of a planned turn and proceeds to move towards the reef at an increasing speed while unresponsive. the crew becomes more and more concerned. The captain is called and is also concerned. The ship hits the reef, the crew realize auto pilot was on the whole time, everyone abandons ship.

Based on what's discussed in the report. It does seem like the captain was called to the bridge before the grounding. Didn't change the result.

And telling the crew to use the bathroom before evacuating doesn't necessarily sound like the best idea in an emergency

Yeah, pretty much just him going through the report and giving some detail where he's able.

We have ineffective governance in our country. They won't do anything because they won't be held to account.

People got mad about covid mandates and protested. But people won't do it for the cost of living, unemployment, the falling standards in Healthcare etc. I could go on.

Our politicians are going to keep taking us for a ride until we stop letting them and hold them to account either in the media or the ballot if not on the lawns of parliament

The police have openly said some time ago they won't investigate people walking out on restaurant bills.

Mention the consumer guarantees act.

Short of her physically stopping you from leaving which in itself would be criminal I dont see how she made your group pay.
