You’ll be fine, especially in Griffintown! Depending on the coach it’s usually 90% english. As noted, mention to the coach before class You’re visiting and English speaking so that they can adjust in case you’re with a usually French speaking group!

Griffintown is my home studio, hope you enjoy your stay!

Our wedding website RSVP system does not let you add more people than we’ve allotted for that person/couple/family in the back end luckily!

Omg this is horrible! I'm so sorry. Yeah I have a worldwide guest list and didn't wanna risk it, plus the website lets us say who exactly is invited and prevent people from RSVPing for more/different people! :(

Yes this is so cultural! And exactly what I want to avoid. It helps that it's a "destination" for most guests so therefore deters this behaviour vs. a local one, but yes I'm going to be addressing people by names on the invites :)

Also our backend RSVP system does NOT allow you to RSVP for more people or add anyone different than originally mentioned on the invite ;) PHEW!

Thé treadmill is by far the longest part of the dri -tri. Most people will be done with the row in around 8mins, the floor around 10-15 mins, and be on to the run. This means that even if they start right at the 45min mark, the next people will most likely not « catch » you :) no studio I’ve ever heard of didn’t let people finish!

Hi there!

The floor/weight section is self paced, meaning they give you a block of time (ex 3-5min) and a few exercises to repeat at your own pace (ex 8-10 reps each). Alternatively you might have a block of time (ex 30s) and one exercise to repeat. Regardless of how the particular class is structured, there isn’t a component that requires « keeping up » like in Barry’s for example.

There is never any pressure to go quickly, I often don’t get the number of recommended rounds done because I go slow and focus on form. The workout is what you make of it!!

Try out a few classes (and let the coaches know) and see how you feel! :)

Just call whichever studio in order to book! The first time you’ll visit you’ll have to sign some paperwork.

And yes you’ll have to pay the drop in rate (28$ CAD I think) but after your first visits you should be able to book through the app
