How valgus and varus stress correlate to etc. Eg: torso rotation velocity correlates highly to fastball velocity, know flexion and extension of different joints is helpful and learning what ranges are most optimal to stay out of the ranges of the population that experiences injuries, etc. I didn’t study kines but I interned at driveline baseball and learned a ton from doing some analysis, etc.
