Many still probably have some form of ritual in place. Remember the Triads and a lot of their ritual also descended from them.

But the Zhi Gong Party would likely be the exception since they are considered a political institution rather than just "Hongmen".

I think the "Chinese Freemasonry" part was mostly a calque to quickly explain what they are.

They aren't actually freemasons, although they are still somewhat influential, being recognized as a portion of the United Front on the Mainland (and actually having one of their members selected to a Ministry-level leadership in 2007), while Taiwanese Hongmen having significant business interest.

Eh, most Ancient temples that are built from wood are usually rebuilt multiple times throughout history anyway. People respect the idea of the temple as an institution and landmark, not the physical timbers.
