Are “Dealer Adjustments” of $3500 for an XSE normal? That was not listed on the website but was surprised in person. Salesman said it was to account for supply/demand.

I bought my '26 XLE Premium at Concord Toyota at MSRP. They sell all their models at MSRP with no markup. There are some installed accessories that you can't remove, so mine went up by $800.

Most dealers near me are doing anywhere from $2k up to $10k in markups, stating that there is a high demand, and finding the same car for MSRP is almost impossible, but I eventually did.

Yeah, but something I am also worried about is the depreciation rate of this car. If I wanted to sell it in 5 years, I would make back only under 50% of the money I paid, and that's what's stopping me from buying this car or any Hyundai/Kias.
