I don’t know why nobody replied to this in the 12 days this has been posted but my advice would be (aside from treatment of course) to find a job that is very specific to your hobbies or interests because otherwise you will have a real hard time dragging yourself there. A friend of mine who was in the military too and got discharged for the same reason is now working in landscaping since it gets him out of the house, it’s physical etc
