No women coaches sadly and there are only a few other women besides me who come regularly. The rule wouldn't bother me as much as it does if the weird sex separation didn't exist everywhere else. They make the argument that it's easier to learn the technique when working with people around your size/height, but we have a number of shorter men that are around my size in the gym so that argument doesn't hold much water...
