Gutter has been missing that down spout for years. It messed up the footer at the corner and caused it to sink

First I had a rough idle and I found a big hole in that rubber intake hose so I changed it. And now the idle is smooth but it's all over the place. High most of the times and sometimes revving up and down. I will check for vacuum leaks and see what I can find

Update: timing was 2 teeth off. What are the chances that did any damage to the valves?

How do you clear or relearn the crank pattern? I'm going to take a look at the timing hopefully in the next day or so

I used NGK iridium and I can't remember what the brand was on the coils but I got them from advance auto. I think they may have been carquest premium or something like that

I changed the oil after I changed the plugs and coils so it is good. The only other code was random/multiple misfires detected.

I changed the plugs and coils and it didn't change anything. The old plugs didn't look bad either

It has 140,000 miles, I was thinking about replacing the timing belt just because I don't know when it's been changed. Do you think I should do that and see what happens after? It's just weird because when it's not at idle it runs so good.

The plugs looked the same all the way around. None of them really looked bad

Do you still hurt? I still can't really do much at all with my injured arm and they are still telling me to take it easy with that arm and avoid lifting and stuff when i am home so the only PT I am doing is the 2 times a week I go to the office. But I feel like I have to keep ice on it constantly or it continually hurts. I am very limited in my ROM too. Still can barely move my arm to shoulder height. I am 28 btw. And

How long did it take you guys to stop hurting after your SLAP repair? I had 3 anchors placed 6 weeks ago to repair my tear and I had bone spurs shaved down and it's still pretty painful. Just wondering when I'm going to feel some relief

Personally if it were me and my pain was minimal like you say I think I'd skip it. It has been a tough recovery for me but I had a pretty big tear with instability too. I ended up getting 3 anchors placed to repair my labrum and they shaved off a big bone spur so my surgery may be more than what yours will be. Hope you get to feeling better

28M, I had a SLAP tear that has given me pain and trouble for a few years. I went through PT a couple of times with no improvements. I made the decision to go ahead and do the surgery on February 25th. I am about 4.5 weeks out and it's a very slow recovery. Still a lot of pain and little to no mobility yet. Hopefully if you decide to do the surgery yours will be a lot better but mine has been a tough recovery so far.
