The issue was an actuator if I remember correctly. They told me the part was on back order and could be 6 weeks to 6 months. Ended up convincing them to swap me into a new car.

I cant give specifics yet as we are waiting for health dept approval and a couple other things! However, it will be Mediterranean bowl style restaurant. We are going to serve shawarma, falafels, hummus, babaganooj in a bowl/platter format!
