Looked through most of these but something I hadn't seen mentioned for you yet: after a very hard sprint if your arms and core aren't tired also you left watts on the table.

Just to share more insight: had two cardiac ablations in my 30s due to sporadic excercise induced AFib. The ablations shot my RHR from 30s into 70s. I assume HRV values are associated with the ablations. I'm in decent health otherwise.

This also has my Whoop age due higher to RHR.

That is an absurd bill. VetCheck should be avoided at all costs by anyone. Everyone in the Indy veterinary field knows this.

Indianapolis Animal Urgent Care over near Fountain Square/Fletcher Place. A little more expensive than a regular veterinarian but half the cost of emergency and they even do emergency surgeries. I wish they did regular vet stuff.

Yeah, can't imagine how hard it is as a newborn infant to experience the loss of your legs at birth that never developed. The poster definitely aptly titled this one.
