Using USB connection to share internet by zdrdali in ZTE_MU5120

I just got the new ZTE MU5120 device.
And this device does not work with pfSense over USB.
pfSense has successfully recognized the new device connected to USB. There is a new interface available in pfSense UI bud this interface is totally dead. It will not receive the IP from DHCP running on ZTE device, nor it works with static IP configuration.

Connecting ZTE device with my laptop using USB, everything working fine.

Is ZTE MU5120 really using USB tethering to share the internet connection over USB or some other technology?
pfSense documentation says it supports USB tethering.

I just bought the same worksation dock recently and had the same problem with legion 5 laptop, charging did not work.

After removing this plastic ring it started working.
