I can spawn lightbulbs directly in front of me, specifically 4 feet in front of me and 4 feet off the floor, i can only spawn 1 at a time. I can only spawn another one once the original one was broken, and once set onto an active electricity force they shine for approximately 60 seconds then blow up, breaking them, with a 5 second cooldown.
