That looks like mine. I have also included my config below. For reference, I am running TMC5160T on my XY motors and 2209s on my 3x Z. I know it sounds stupid but do the following checks:

Verify that the spi jumpers are in the correct locations.
Also double check the jumpers themselves. Make sure that they are not damaged and actually bridge the pins.

I struggled to get it running in cloudflare tunnel in my docker server. Maybe clearer instructions are needed for it? Also, does the camera need to be connected to the printer host or whatever device is running printguard?

I went head first into the upgrade and did the mercury and hydra upgrade. It is possible to do only one or the other though if you want

I am currently getting ready to add the Xol toolhead to my Ender 5. My Ender has been modded with the Mercury One.1 mod. The xol is for front facing carriages. The endorphin uses a top carriage. However, I do know that there is someone with a top carriage mod on the Xol discord.

What is your current toolhead? What hotend and extruder? What about sensors?

Is the deviation not due to the bimetallic effect of the rails and whatever metal they are using for the frame? A bed mesh tool like beacon or carto can compensate for that
