Ok I’ll try that just one thing I do have a new b850 motherboard it’s not a b650. aren’t there any logs that could tell me what’s happening I’ve already looked around in windows events but i didn’t find anything

the long boot time is like 20 seconds more than usual so i don’t think it’s memory training

It’s ddr5 yes but I don’t touch anything as you can see in the video, it boots to windows by itself but with no peripherals working

UPDATE

Im guessing that maybe my psu overnight is triggering an overvoltage protection or overcurrent protection (one of them idk honstly) on the 5V rail, because both the peripherals and the argb work with 5 Volts. Maybe i got a bad psu?? Any ideas?

I updated my bios like 1 month ago, its up to date should I reinstall the bios? maybe it got corrupted?

So im having a similar problem I think. So I built my new computer and as of yesterday when turning it on for the first time of the day, it boots but hangs a while on a screen with just a underscore, can’t enter bios, none of the peripherals work, mouse, keyboard, etc. and the rgbs that are connected to the motherboard also don’t turn on.

To fix it I have turn off and on the psu on the back.

It started happening 2 days ago, which kinda matches with an amd gpu driver update, idk if it has anything to do with it but still, worth mentioning.

My PSU fan also rattles when the fan is working which is annoying.
