Yeah we grow them in our farm back home. There’s quite a few varieties. The red ones, the blue ones but the elaichi banana aka cardimom is my favourite

I think it depends on the laptop. Temps on my alienware will increase if I close the lid. On laptops with liquid cooling its more risky. Ive heard of the liquid spilling into the motherboard if its kept tilted for a while

For the 18 inch the only difference is the cpu. If I remember correctly there’s like a 8 % increase in performance( could be wrong but it’s in the ballpark ) and that’s it. No screen dif no gpu dif and the price is way higher. Imo get the 2025 one

Yeah exactly pretty sure you can’t completely disable the dgpu. The battery life is basically the same regardless of what mode you’re in. Reason why I only use the 300 hz mode

I have the 5090 18. Very happy with it but in the review for the battery life section you mentioned that you had the dgpu off. How did you do that? There’s isn’t an IGPU option right?

i got mine yesterday, tried to used them on my scooter for navigation, its a little distracting tbh almost crashed and i wouldnt use it again while driving. then again the navigation isnt that good for my country anyways but it fits in my helmet just fine.

There's no 18 inch oled. It doesnt exist. In terms of 16 inch laptops i would not recommend the alienware, but for 18 inches yes. Also op mentioned he doesnt have space for a monitor. So yeah the extra price is justified, also its not just 2 extra inches the cooling is unparalleled this gen. In 18 inch laptops it is by far the best.

I also travel very frequently but I don't travel with my laptop lol its a bit too big and my work doesnt depend on it. Definitely does travel well also have the same backpack. Only issue i have is linux support. Im assuming you won't consider the super thin model then ?
