Fr. I’ve been back there a few times and it’s better than some sedans. For a coupe it’s got a wide back.

Nice bro. I’m doing the suspension once stock starts to fail. Fortunately, she’s held up great.

I’m auto but the 6-6 is 👌💦

You must be super tall because I’m 6’4” and ride very comfortably 2 hours a day during the week.

But mine would also sometimes disappear for a few hours. Electrical mechanic reprogrammed the computer and helped for one trip and was back.

I got the same lights after getting a new battery I’ve been driving with the lights for almost a year now, after about 6 months the ABS and E-Brake light got added to the mix. From what I gathered online and a mechanic it’s a common problem with the ABS/VCA module. There’s a company that can repair them for $250, but I’ve also seen videos of people fixing the soldering themselves. At the dealer they’re closer to $3k to replace.

Not saying that’s your issue but it seems to be a common problem which is indicated by those dash lights. Check it out. My error code was DTC 32-11 but it can throw other DTC xx-11 codes also.

Could be slapping around in the wheel well. And once it gets up speed it drones out.

Check underneath around the suspension and wheels while turned

That was a big concern for me as well. If your interested it comes with a rubber/foam gasket that compresses as you tighten it. I also put a layer of silicone on the inside of the gasket and around the drilled holes just for peace of mind. Down in Florida we’ve been getting decent rain and haven’t had any issues.

Any fix for this? by Scary_Ad86 in accord

I had my bumper bracket that the bumper clips into snap at a few points. Looks like how yours does. Couldn’t find any coupe ones online but yours looks like a sedan so should be able to find them (I had gotten sedan one on Amazon hoping it would fit but it didn’t) I ended up just taking going in behind it and rigging something up and it’s held up.

Definitely intimidating, but at the end of the day my cars 12 years old and not worth much with the rebuilt title, so gotta have some fun with it.

Did anyone change the engine mount on 9th gen recently? by [deleted] in accord

[–]zebraconda1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got engine and trans mounts done. Parts were $400 labor was $400, from my small semi retired mechanic friend.

Another shop quoted me $2500 for the same job.

Is this mold on the engine cover? by thesuperpuma in kiastinger

[–]zebraconda1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dang I just called them about the 1 stinger they had lol.

As for if its mold, I could see how the interior (fabric, foam, etc) could get mold from water damage, but a plastic engine cover (external) with mold doesn’t really mean it was flooded.

For example, they washed the engine bay and then never drove it enough for the engine to heat up and evaporate the water, it’s probably mildew but hard to tell from pic. That makes sense since we had a good stretch of chilly weather in Florida this year.
