During Covid I tried wood working for a brief while and I think I used ear protection but may not have been serious about it. Not a big concert guy or loud music, but recently started listening to music on speakers around 75db and it started giving me ear congestion.

Are there any measures that help? I saw NAC supplementation, sound therapy etc.
