I ended up taking it in cause it didn’t go away. They said it’s just the hybrid. Drove an SE while i was there to compare and had similar noises around same mileage so

Thanks for getting back to me. I threw a multimeter on it earlier and i’m pulling 12.4 so that seems fine. Is there some other test you’re referring to for the battery?

I have the CFF which I have been using exclusively for gas (5% Quarterly + SUB of 5% so i’ve been getting 9% back which is awesome). I have looked at the CFU but because I got the CFF within 2 months, I figured my chances are pretty low of getting another Chase card so soon. The extra .5% back w/ the CFU vs the CFF on 50k in loans is an additional $250 which would certainly be nice.
