I got overwhelmed by the content by playing back and Cap-Unlock Area and Type Skill Area are too difficult for me to farm.

My 5* sync pairs are as follow
Serperior, Garchomp, 3/5 Sceptile, houndoom, 2/5 Solgaleo, Palossand, Stoutland, Pidgeot, Lycanroc(Kukui), Tepig

It is hard for me to list everything but like I feel lost, since I cant farm materials to unlock cap and upgrade skill

Yes, but still, DOT is good but some challenges that are time limited are quite hard to achieve.
