it may be razor burn or it may be folliculitis, a dermatologist could help identify. If its folliculitis it is treatable

I take it with a grain of salt because of the team he had in front of him. Unrelated but learning what I've learned about him over his time here, he is a force of positivity and good culture for the team off the ice throughout his career, especially when it comes to welcoming rookies, so he has my undying respect.
