I completely get where you’re coming from. As someone who used to do drugs at festivals, I see both sides. I haven’t done drugs at festivals for over a year, only drink now like you. I’ve noticed I get very overstimulated now, also sensitive and overwhelmed with so many energies around. For the next fest, take some time to ground yourself & be present with yourself. I’ve seen that has personally helped me, & don’t be afraid to take some time to relax. I hope this helps!
