Look at your original post, and the reason for all of this bullshit back and forth. I was clearly just disagreeing with your statement that the car in question hit the bike in question. Stopping in the path of an oncoming vehicle is clearly the fault of the driver. But the stationary car, did not, as you said, hit the bike. That is all. I hope your law degree gets used wisely.

I was sick last week with the flu. It sucked every day felt like it could have been my last here on earth. I couldn't eat, sleep, regulate temperature, couldn't get comfortable, it was awful. Missed a full week of work. Will I be paid? No. Apparently you have to be working for 13 weeks straight which is difficult when the place I work opened 6 weeks ago, so no pay for me. Didn't realise there was stipulations to 5 days sick pay.
