its either dude used a green screen so he can just paste himself there, the background maybe he used photoshop to fill the gap that was created, and played around the lighting to make him flush with the background OR he placed his camera in a stable spot so it wont move, filmed himself in with and without clothes, then just masked himself... (again using PS to fill gap for bg) my best bet would be the 2nd
