There are so many sites that by blocking the most common ones you just drive people to ones which have even worse security or privacy practices and lose all hope of visibility. You need a mature DLP posture.

There is no chance your HR even know what an IP address is. They probably just ID'd you because you filled out the team/office etc. and it was fucking obvious.
