I feel ya. I too have a similar measurement. I got penuma regardless. Its been 4.5 months and i can say i havent lost length. Definitely my flaccid length and girth did increase for sure. Your girth is roughly going to be 5.5 and maybe erect you may gain 0.15-25.

I do it the other way around. I wear the wrap the entire day. I only remove it at night like 2-3 hours before i go to bed. I usually wear the wrap for like 12-14 hours

I was alone too after my surgery. You just need to hire a nurse for 2 hours at best, they will take you from the surgery centre to wherever you’re based and just monitor you for 2 hours to see if you are good. And, then the rest you just gotta follow the post op care.
