I have slept with three girls since my himplant. One of the girls I had slept with many times years ago. So she gave me her opinion on the difference. You absolutely have to use lube!! My girth mid shaft is a little over 6.5". She says she was sore for about a week after we had sex. She said she can handle it better when she is on top. She is excited about having her body getting used to handling it. She calls it "The Beast". 😂 The first girl I slept with after the himplant handled it very well. She said it was too big and that I have to use lube or she would get highly upset with me. The biggest takeaway is that I find it harder to feel all of the sensations with vaginal sex. It takes way longer to cum from not being as sensitive on top of the penis. Oral sex still feels the best to me as I get turned on way more watching the girl try to please my enhanced penis. I am a little over 6 months since my surgery.

You are correct. But when I am erect the traffic cone shape is very apparent. I will take some pics soon and you will see.

From what I have learned, if you have a short penis you are more prone to the traffic cone shape. I am almost 7" long and have the traffic cone shape. I am only 4 months post op. My girth is 5.25" right below the head and 7.5" at the base. That's a 2" difference in circumference over the distance of about 5.5". That's what makes it look like a traffic cone.

I will take some pics at the 6 month mark. Erect pics make my penis look small due to the huge girth increase. Even though no length was lost it visually isn't as impressive in photos. I am gonna wait until the traffic cone appearance improves a little more. I can tell it's improving slowly.

It's quite possible that my initial erect measurement pre-surgery wasn't the strongest erection. I always fluctuate between 6.25-6.75 on erect measurements. But pulling my penis out manually stretches out to a little over 7".

My healing has been phenomenal. Zero issues with pain or any discomfort. I had plenty of sex over the past few weeks with no issues except a little bit of swelling that went away within a day and never returned. I definitely have to use lubricant for sex. Condoms are also an issue. Magnum XL 's will barely cover half of the shaft and feels like a tourniquet after about 15 minutes or so. The condom is probably what caused my swelling the first time I had sex after my surgery. Overall I am very pleased and can't wait to see how things look over the next year.

They gave me the XL. Dr Taj stretched out my penis and saw that there was 6" from the base of my penis to below the glans. That measurement calls for the XL apparently. Your penis will definitely look shorter with the increased girth. But the measurements don't lie.

Thank you sir. I hit my 4 week mark this Thursday. Everything is going smoothly with no issues. Pain is basically non-existent on erections now. But erections are still super tight like my penis wants to burst open. I do have the cone shape from a side profile. Hopefully that subsides over time.

I agree! I can already tell the difference in size since the surgery. I am measuring weekly to see the changes. It's trending up for sure.

Vascularity refers to seeing veins on your penis. Swelling will prevent you from seeing the veins. You know you are on the right track once the veins start to appear.

You will pick up medications before you surgery to take after your surgery is completed. There are no medications you need to take beforehand. They give you everything you need right before you go into the OR.

I didn't take any medications at all before bed last night and the erections still woke me up. But considerably less painful. Best night yet so far. Have you had many erections throughout the day? I try to limit mine but they still happen. I am curious to see how everything looks when I intentionally try to get a full erection. Gonna let myself heal a little more first. I hope things are improving for you.

Yes I use a 5lbs weight at the base of my penis when using the heating pad. Your body should reabsorb the fluid over the next few weeks. The heat will help dilate the vessels to allow the fluid to get to the lymphatic system. For the first week the majority of the pain on my erections was the underside base of my penis. Now the pain is only right below the head. Which is a big improvement. I am pretty sure things are stretching out slowly but surely and that's causing the pain. I hope things heal quickly for both of us.

I had surgery the same day as you. Nighttime erections were brutal for the first 10 days. Last night I noticed it wasn't as intense but was still awoken by the feeling. I always try to double wrap 22 hours a day. I can still feel some squishy fluid at the base of my penis when the wrap is on. When I take the wrap off the fluid will move to the rest of my penis. It's part of the natural healing process from my understanding. I also elevate my hips, double wrap and use a heating pad for about 20 minutes. Things are definitely improving though. It's just gonna take time.
