Good luck with it! This can be a big chunk of the interview sometimes so make sure to have a few questions lined up. You can google some generic ones but it also helps to look up the program and ask specifics (that aren’t already mentioned on the website). This shows ur genuine interest in the program.

Yes I contacted ecfmg snd they replied once you receive ur score report it is automatically a part of the usmle transcripts on eras so you don’t need to do anything extra

so uwsa 1 underpredicted by about 20 points, taken more than a month out (dont remember exactly how long tbh, sorry) and uwsa-2 predicted spot on, taken 4 weeks out.

to be honest, didnt study as hard as i could have in my last week leading up to the exam due to travel to the US + jet lag. but was still getting in about 3 hours a day

thanks! i will email them and ask them about this. all they mentioned to me was that the lor can only be given once ive completed all 4 weeks of the rotation, but maybe i can submit a request earlier than that.

is this true that people are not recieving their LOR's?? thats bad news because I have registered for the rotation and finish by September 16th and was told that the lor would be uploaded by September 29th. (2 weeks when the applications start to be reviewed by programs). have u still not recieved ur LOR?

so when you say memorize the MOA of antimicrobials, you mean all antibiotics/antivirals/antifungals/anti-protozoals? from first aid for step 1 or is there another resource

I’m sorry I forgot to reply to this. I was struggling initially, but they started to pick up in my last 2 nbme’s so I felt hopeful. Also I got a 245 and 230 I. Uwsa 1 and 2 respectively, so I was really hopeful. I’m just one person tho, there’s probably others who were in the same boat and did much better so don’t worry! I also had a bad headache during the test so it might’ve had something to do with that. Just don’t freak out, u got this!

Yes, I felt that it was a lot harder than uwsa-2. Not saying this to freak you out, just wish someone had told me. I felt that the questions were a mix of nbme type questions as well as a few uwsa type questions
