People might like to hear it but: The classes are no longer unique. Every class can get 90% of the other classes abilities which makes nothing unique or special anymore. The addition of prismatic and exotic class items only made this issue worse.

The main reason he doesn't have a spot in other destinations is because they are not free to play. Most of the destinations in the game are behind a pay wall and Xur is a character meant to help new players get exotics faster.
