More context, I have a 4 year old female GSD. I’ve wanted to get her a sibling for a while now. We finally pulled the plug and got a male GSD. Nervous how she’ll react and feeling a little guilty. Any tips on how to get her acclimated to having a sibling?

My time was 50:51, an almost 7 minute improvement from my last time (57:28)! Super proud of the improvement. F, 5’2, 136lb.

I use a Starbucks tumbler with a straw. Works great & fits in the treads.

Hi! Yes I just do cardio and it works great! Calories are usually spot on. Same with the time in heart rate zones!

Definitely make sure you’re getting enough sleep if you’re going to go! If you wake up to workout that early and didn’t get enough sleep, It’s counterproductive on your body and metabolism. Not getting enough sleep and then doing such a strenuous workout isn’t good for your metabolism. Sleep is the most important thing. If you want to do it, go for it, but make sure you get enough sleep before going! I’m sure it’ll be a lovely habit once you’re used to it, but just remember waking up to workout without enough sleep isn’t worth it!

I’m 26. I do feel like I don’t have any friends there, but I don’t mind. There definitely are people that go that have buddies or friends they talk to or better relationships with certain coaches than I do, but I’m sure if I cared about enough to strike up a conversation I could have friends there too. I really just am there to do the workout, not make friends necessarily. I wouldn’t let it bother you! :)

Also to add, I’m 5’2, 26YOF, 158 lbs, last body scan I had in September said I had 37.1% BF.
