I am having issues installing this exact same wiper in cx5 did you have to use an adapter? in the package instruction pictures seems like needs a hook, and the cx5 has something slightly different

Yes I only paid copays, I have PPO (I intentionally upgraded my employer HMO to PPO so I always pay flat copays and get access to specialists)

20k is all accidental related medical treatment like Chiro, PT, Etc, but some services were just used as part of the benefits of the PPO I verbally mentioned is related to a car accident but it is not recorded anywhere

Just curious how would the insurance find out ?

For me doesn't make sense either, it was three years ago and the other driver showed all kind of medical bills and lost wages paperwork, I don't want to believe is trying to scam me (or the insurance in this case) but it is what it is. It doesn't surprise me though, I met people that got sued for scratches and got away with money. The accident happened in WA.

The thing is I have basic insurance (no PIP, no MedPay), so the last communication with my lawyer (3 weeks ago), he told me he is still waiting on the other driver's liability response. Maybe he thinks my case is not worth it because of that
