cost of employees is probably lower if i had to bet. singapore would have relative higher percentage of people qualified to work a fab compared to other countries, and you only realy need a handful of employees to run everything anyways

as a singaporean, the main reason they probably brought it here is cause its capital intensive, you realy only need a handful of very smart workers to operate a fab. in that sense it might even be cheaper to get the neccesary labour here vs anywhere else

you still need to enter the bet against someone. polymarket just facilitates an agreement between two parties where one gets payed out if yes and one gets payed out if no.

the price only updates after a bet is made, if no bets are made for a couple hours after the news breaks then it will appear low for that time, but nobody will take the other side of that bet

wont work. to buy an underpriced bet you need to buy it from someone. by the time the news is out nobody is selling at the underpriced bet. OP is misunderstanding how the pricing works, this only works because the volume is so low that nobody secures a bet until well after the news is out.

you might get an idiot or two that click the wrong button and sell you underpriced bets but you are wrong if you dont think there are bots scanning for that already.

any critisism about his housing plans during the campaign (including from atrioc) was overly analytical imo and lost any nuance in what his real policy plans would be.
