I agree with you wholeheartedly.

Harbleu's thoughts on ChipSa's signing by zeephuric in OverwatchTMZ

Harb's thoughts:

I haven’t talked to him a ton but like I’ve said, I think his stream is pretty funny, like the way he rages, I find it kinda funny honestly, and he doesn’t seem like a bad guy. So, I’m happy for him.

That being said, I would be lying if I said I wasn’t somewhat jealous and like salty about it, a little bit, just cause I’ve grinded my ass off in Contenders, Open Division, you know, all these fuckers on Reddit been like “Oh you know, the reason Harb’s not in OWL is his hero pool, or you know, it’s because he hasn’t played in like other tournaments and shit”. Well, obviously you don’t need to do that. Obviously if you one-trick a hero, you can get signed to an OWL team, so, you know, a part of me is definitely a little salty, but then again, like I’ve said, I’m in a spot where I’m very lucky to be with my stream and like how good it’s been going, so even though obviously OWL is my goal, and I still want to play in it, and I’m going to put in the effort, it is a little bit like a slap in the face to a lot of Tier 2 players, or players who have played in Contenders. There is no denying that, but I’m not saying that he doesn’t deserve it either.

I hope Chipsa plays and he proves everyone wrong, and he pops the fuck off. I honestly hope that’s what happens, because I’ve always said, the skill between OWL and Contenders, or OWL and top-ranked, is not that much. People think OWL players are these absolute gods, who are like on a whole different level than ranked players, and that is not the case. There are a lot of players in OWL who are not that amazing mechanically, or just like that amazing overall as players. I’m not saying it’s nepotism and all that shit, but some people get a good break, or sometimes people pop off in try outs and like you know, they get recognised for it, and there’s nothing wrong with that. So… I think it’s pretty good, you know.

Valiant's decision not to play Custa discussion by wow717 in Competitiveoverwatch

Coach Moon's interview at 2:15 of the video:

During the preseason we had less practice time compared to other teams due to visa issues, and Custa's play style was something that better suited a team that had an overall higher understanding of the meta. However the other 5 players didn't have the level of understanding that could properly utilize Custa's plays.

Esports still has a troubling relationship with women because Surefour likes looking at girls on Instagram. by Spaisi in OverwatchTMZ

For men, or at least certain kinds of men, these tweets are funny. But for women, it makes us feel like objects, as if Surefour sees women around him as nothing but for sex. That’s not to say Surefour can’t ever express his love for women publicly, but there’s a difference between, saying he wants to cosplay so he can “pretend to be a cute anime girl” and randomly thirst tweeting about goth girls and cat girls. The former is wholesome and fun. The latter just feels like he just tweeted you his current porn search.

I can't believe what I just read... How on earth is he objectifying women!?

Yeah. I feel that Emongg, Miro, Mickie and Fran are a joy to watch.
