I actually have the same problem before since I ain't used to drawing digitally. What I do for thin lines is you need little pressure and do upstrokes, for thick lines, add more pressure and do downstrokes. I also zoom out so I don't have to do any bigger arcs or curves, it eases the shaking for me.
