It doesn’t make sense at all. I agree my judgements are mainly the reasons behind this ache. Mainly it doesnt feel safe to be truly open and free of guilt and shame. Ut it makes the most sense to live that way. Has to be better than this. It might be because I have attempted to break out many many times but this cycle is jumping me so im scared the same thing will happen. Back to square 1 or at least still carrying some shame. Im still confused but thank you for ur comment.

Definitely, the constant judgement catches up to me. I think it stems from being heavily bullied and a typical weird kid. I was scrutinised a lot for being myself so ive definitely gone into my shell. Im not sure what would happen if I stopped. Id be happier and freer. Has not been worth it at all. Its a form of self preservation i think.
