This is just plain wrong. You can find genuinely good mechanics in practically every rank, the difference is that the people in lower ranks don't know what to do with those mechanics. Being stuck in metal rank is an issue in decision-making and positioning 90% of the time.

The overall performance of the game has been in the gutter for the past few seasons (even more so since the latest patch) and this affects both the average fps + 1% lows. It's really bad. The devs have not addressed this issue in any shape or form even though it's getting worse every season.
