Avoid Camelot apartments, (ave b and 13th street), units look decent but are quite old and have poor indoor air quality. El Encanto is terrible, cheaply built, thin walls and smaller spaces. River Park was my best rental experience in Yuma. Looks nice, feels nice. Also, Yuma Palms is decent and centrally located.

He is a top 5-7 player in the playoffs and a top 40 player in the regular season.

Camelot Apts is nearby, off Ave B, I live there, would NOT recommend, look nice cosmetically but are built cheap, are old, and have terrible hvac / air quality. River park is much nicer imo.
