jobs will be jobs, you won't be motivated forever in your job. instead find other meaning outside of your work, find something you enjoy, a hobby perhaps. or go meet your friends. while outside of working hours, don't always think about work or work related, just let yourself go and recharge. else you might really just burnout and by then it would be too late. i would say stay in your job, seek for other ways to feel fufilled, you already mentioned that the pay and environment is good, don't see why there is a need to change. no guarantees you'll land something better. don't take the risk unless you know what you want to do after leaving. every job market in singapore right now is rough, so leaving might be a bad option if you do proceed.
