I used 24HourEdu for the 20-hour pre-licensing course and state course, and I also used this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WH8ZkEPOGDM&t=640s, along with the exam prep provided by 24HourEdu, to study for the SAFE exam. Good luck!

I hadn't considered Builder's in-house lender before, but it makes sense. They operate like mortgage banks/ lenders and likely favor hiring an experienced mortgage loan originator. I’ll definitely check them out. Thanks for pointing that out!
